“Still Small Voice” (Sixty Contemplative Stories) by Rev. Merin Mathew, a book that keeps you going from one story to another. The point I mention about this book is, I came across a story narrated about a priest. The story and the kindness of the priest was very heart-touching. The story was so powerful that I wished in my heart to know and speak to this priest. I did call him I introduced myself, and engaged in a good 30 min conversation.
Long story short the priest told me to pray for 21 people for 21 days. God guided me and gave names of 21 people I need to pray for. Indeed the list was interesting. There was a percentage of the people who otherwise I would have never thought of praying for. I was successful in completing the list within 21 days.
Months later a person who had not been talking to me called me up when I wasn’t well. That person was among the 21 people. The point here is how God works it out. How clear it scripted out in;
‘Words of thanksgiving and cursing pour out from the same mouth’- James 3: 10
We have a choice of striking out that curse. Taming the tongue looks quite important in the world of trolls today.
“The tongue has no bones, but it’s strong enough to break a heart.”

This is lovely brother!! We all ought to tame our tongues and be careful of what we speak!! Our tongue has the power of death and life.. Proverbs 18 : 21
thanks brother. true!
That was inspiring…. I would love to take such a prayer challenge as well..!
Thank You !
