Trust the Word, Not the Noise of the World
The worse the global situation becomes, the more humanity looks for signs, numbers, and predictions about what will happen next and how the world will end. People search for patterns, prophecies, and hidden meanings in everything.
I truly believe that God works in mysterious ways, and there are testimonies in this world that are rooted in truth. However, I also believe that there are many false prophets among us.
With social media and artificial intelligence, it has become incredibly easy to change narratives and push them in whatever direction people want. Because of this, it is becoming harder and harder to distinguish truth from fiction.
Yet through all the centuries, one thing has remained unchanged: the Word of God.
Yes, the Bible has been translated into different languages and versions, but the core message has always remained the same. Its truth has stood firm through generations.
Today, people are quick to quote and follow influencers. Yet the One who created everything, the One who is in control of everything, has been placed on the sidelines.
Someone recently asked me why there are wars in the world and how they could possibly be part of God’s plan.
The answer is actually quite simple: God gave humanity free will.
If a man’s heart is filled with greed, pride, and a hunger for power, he will make decisions driven by those desires. God knows this, and yet He allows mankind the freedom to choose. God will never force someone into heaven who does not want to be there.
People often ask, “Why does God send people to hell?”
The truth is, He does not force anyone there. The choices we make and the way we live our lives show God whether we truly desire to be with Him or not.
The reality is that people will make decisions—sometimes terrible ones—and those decisions can have far-reaching consequences. But if we keep our eyes on God and remain faithful to His Word, not to the noise of social media or the fear surrounding world events, He has promised to keep us in His fold.
Christians should never fear dying for His sake. If your life is in order and your faith is genuine, you will spend eternity with Him.
Therefore, focus on your own life and the decisions you make, not on the decisions of others who may act with the wrong intentions.
Are there signs around us? Yes, without a doubt. But the real question is this: Should we follow the signs, or should we follow God’s Word?
Anyone who truly sees the signs of the times should not live in fear. Instead, they should find hope. Christ will return, and we should focus on preparing our hearts and lives for Him.
In everything you do, do it to glorify God.
It sounds simple, yet in today’s world it is often difficult to see this principle lived out.
Will the world one day come to an end? Yes, it will. But only God knows how and when that will happen.
Until then, our task remains the same: seek Him, trust Him, and live according to His Word.
